Who we are

What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect your first name, phone number, email address, suburb and what you're after. If you send them, we also keep your property address, floor plans or photos, and our calls and messages with you. Calls may be recorded. We also record which ad or link brought you to this page.
How we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry by phone, text and email. Some of our texts are written by an automated (AI) assistant to confirm your address and book a time for your free in-home quote. A member of our team handles your quote.
- To prepare and give you a quote, and to install and service your system if you go ahead.
- To understand which of our ads and pages work, so we can improve them.
You can stop our texts at any time by replying STOP, or ask us not to contact you.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run our customer records, phone and messaging systems, and we may share your details with our installers to do your job. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We don't sell your information.
Advertising and analytics
This page uses the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you send the form, Meta receives your email address, phone number, first name and suburb in a scrambled (hashed) form so it can match the enquiry to our ad. We may also tell Meta, in the same hashed form, if you book a call, receive a quote or go ahead, so we can measure our ads. We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the page, such as where they tap and scroll. Clarity does not record what you type into the form. These tools use cookies, which you can block in your browser settings.
Access, correction and complaints
Contact us to see or correct the details we hold about you, or to make a complaint. If you're not happy with how we handle it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Offer terms
Free in-home quote
The in-home quote is free and there's no obligation to go ahead.
Your quote
Your quote is given at our visit to your home. Anything you ask us to add or change is quoted first.
Rebates
"Up to $4,000 in rebates" applies to eligible replacements of an old air conditioner. The amount depends on the system, your home and your eligibility, and is confirmed at your free in-home quote before you agree to anything.
5-year workmanship warranty
Covers our installation workmanship for 5 years from install. Equipment is covered separately by the manufacturer's warranty. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
$0 upfront, 0% interest finance
$0 upfront, 0% interest finance is offered through humm, for approved applicants only. humm decides who is approved, and humm's own fees and terms apply.

The exact timing depends on your home and the system, and we'll confirm it with your quote.
